dude, this is gym stuff. its all bullshit. its up to YOU to motivate yourself. once you get going, its really not that hard, but the key is consistancy. go to the gym on your own time, and work your *** off. and later, you can start a protein shake to help you.

I am mother to 7 month old boy so i am limited to working out from home only. I had the same exact thing happen to me but it got pulled back by a basket ball. It is just sprained and it will heal. But unfortunately it will take 5-12 days for it to heal. I think you should not play the game because you can make it worse by always having constant movement on your sprained finger. I did not immobilize it but if it feels comfortable, tape the index finger to your middle finger, giving it support, then maybe you can play, a little.

Lately I live in a constant state of worry, fear, and distrust. Everything I say, I regret for fear it will be misunderstood or used to backstab me in some way. I have been weight training for a year now. I do a lot of straight barbell curls for my biceps, however every so often I get a terrible pain the back of my forearms. So, I put up a tree yesterday (I always have about 5 trees) but instead of Christmas ornaments, I put fall decorations. Like fall leaf garland and pine cones and stuff. I plan to slowly bring in more decorations over the weeks, instead of just getting them all out like we usually do. Since we wont be here, and will not be able to do our after Christams ritual of taking it down, I was going to take them down before we left for Florida. What do you guys think? The only book that comes to mind featuring 2 old ladies is a nonfiction book written by 2, over the age of 100, African-American sisters writing about their lifestories. It's called "Having Our Say" and it's both a humorous and serious story. I didn't buy the book, but I read it in one sitting one afternoon at a Borders or Barnes & Noble bookstore (can't remember). Though I'm not sure if they did any quilting in the book, so not sure if it's the book you're talking about. I remember one Delany sister was a dentist in her youth and I think the other one was a schoolteacher. I had heard one had died...not sure if the other one is still alive. I had the flu two weeks ago, and never fully got over if, however the past two days have been horrible, I have been non stop blowing my nose (I am going through at least a box of tissues a day!) Anyone ever stock up on veggies that you juice?

I go food shopping once or twice a month, and try to stock up (I hate shopping). I juice a veggie concoction every day, but if Im only going to go shopping twice a month, that means I would need to freeze my veggies to keep them fresh. However, i remember freezing carrots once, then thawing them to juice em and them being in a weird, disgusting looking state. Why am I always getting attacked by my Family?

I moved to Onalaska, WI in May of this present Year. My Daughter and my eldest Sisters Daughter go to the same School and are both in the 3rd Grade. Question about the health of a 5 year old angel fish?

I've had an angel fish for about 5 years and he's always been healthy. About 5 days ago the angel fish started floating totally sideways and both of his tentacle like fins (which were 4-5 inches long) were suddenly gone, even tho he was the only fish in the tank. Because he was alone in the tank i umed he was about to die. Now, 5 days later, the angel fish is still alive. I've researched and can only find "swim bladder" as an explanation, but only on the side my angel fish is floating on the surface is there any bloating present, since bloating/swelling are common parts of swim bladder diseases...on another site I saw that raw frozen peas can be thawed and skin removed and then fed to the fish to help them recover, but are there any other suggestions for my poor angel fish? I really don't want him to die since he's my only fish... btw: tank temp is about 75 F, and No salt.

My guess is yes for UT Austin, Rice will depend heavily on the outcome of your SATs (I'm sorry, but I don't remember how PSATs are scored). I think you stand a good chance of getting into UCLA or Berkeley if you are a Californian (if your SAT is high enough), but maybe not if you are from Texas, since both are public schools which give preference to California residents. I was at an alumni event at UCLA on Friday, and they told us that they got 56,000 applications this year! Schools like Columbia are actually somewhat less competitive than UCLA and Berkeley, so again, depending on your SAT scores, you have a possibility of it. I am a little troubled by the 14% ranking, which suggests either that you are at a school with a lot of outstanding students, or that their grading system is too loose.

No. I used to never eat soy. Get your protein from Quorn, which has no soy, dairy, eggs, pulses like lentils and peas. Your diet doesn't seem that dependant on soy as it is. One meal contains soy and that is it. Besides all you would have to cut out is mock meats.

And I really start to fall hard for her. And so I tell her that I've never felt this way with any other girl(the truth but not the whole truth lol) and she tells me that I was in love with her. And I kinda felt that I was. So here I am loving this girl, even tho I'm gay, and I feel no ual attraction to her. We kissed a little but I didn't enjoy it. She tried to get me to finger her but I wasn't going to. And so we kinda just drifted apart as far as lovers go. But we're still close friends. We flirt still but that's just her nature and me legitimately flirting. And now she has this bf and I'm jealous as hell of him. Like I see him touching her and I wanna walk over and pry him off and just hold her. And this is the only girl I've felt this way for. So idk what's up with that. Like, does it make me bi? Or what? ume you mean above the fire as this sits on the outer wall of the chimney ? Yes. At your own risk! There is no regulation against this but the heat from the fire may not do the TV too many favours! Obviously don't drill the fixings too deep through into the chimney opening. If you don't use the gas fire, the majority of heat from the back boiler alone would get transferred into the heat exchanger and rise up the flue so don't think you would get heat damage from that!

It was not a good move for the bears because Orton was finally getting used to the team and did some good towards the end of the season. I am sick and have been since friday. I have a severe head/chest cold. Friday I went to work and all day I kept telling my husband allI wanted when I got home was TLC from him.
