Where can I find reliable information about the geography and climate of Plymouth?

I have searched quite a lot but I can not find any info on climate and geography of Plymouth. Basically the question is " write about the social factors that effect the diet of people in Plymouth". My two factors are climate and geography. Since it is a report for uni, I can not use wiki or anything unreliable. Do you know where I can find info plz? Thank you a lot in advance :)
