Ways of relieving stress?

my younger brother is been trying to annoy me for the last three years. for about 2 years, i have been putting up with it but last year i lost it and can not put up with him any longer. i have tried to resolve it but he thinks he is to important to discuss a way of resolving it. if anyone knows a way of relieving stress or how to get around it because if i cant find a way i could do some SIRIUS DAMAGE to him.
