How do you get a girl in 7th grade to like you?

Now, i'm a 7th gradeer and basically have been rejected by girls. How do you get a cute girl in 7th or 8th grade to notice you cause none of my tatctics of comedy or intellect have worked. I've been rejected by 4 cute girls and i need a way not to be a complete . And yes im a 7th grader.
