Can a malaysian join the JYP entertainment auditon?

i heard there is a JYP entertainment audition going to be held in singapore!!! but i am a malaysian who live near to singapore..JB..i want to join the audition can i?? or is it only for singaporeans only?? EMERGENCY...!!
