Is there enough material left over from the formation of our solar system to create another planet with?

I mean Ceres has been reclified as a dwarf planet so lets say all the other asteroids in the asteroid belt combined with Ceres to make a planet, would that be enough material or would the planet need more m than all the asteroids could provide to make a planet?
