ONE MEAL AND THEN FRUITS FOR THE REST OF THE DAY??

ive tried the 5 meals a day and it does not work and it make me feel like crap i ate one good meal like at noon and i was not hungry for the rest of the entire day i was full an had energy and on top of that i take kickboxing cardio every week and drink nothing but water SO my question is will or in your opinion LOSE WEIGHT eating one good meal a day then fruits for the rest of the day if i get hungry with water and execise???????????? no bullshit answer PLEASE
