Is this a healthy breakfast cereal?

those would be good breakfast cereals although don't just eat fruit on it's own you will need some fibre and carbohydrates if you want something to sustain you so a museli or oatmeal/porridge (i'm english so i don't know what you call it!) or something with oats as they will keep you fuller for longer so you won't have to keep snacking untill luch :) hope it all goes well :)
