I go food shopping once or twice a month, and try to stock up (I hate shopping). I juice a veggie concoction every day, but if Im only going to go shopping twice a month, that means I would need to freeze my veggies to keep them fresh. However, i remember freezing carrots once, then thawing them to juice em and them being in a weird, disgusting looking state. I imagine the same is true for other veggies (celery, beets etc.) Anyone have any suggestions?
