Was aquiring Jay Cutler from the Broncos worth giving up Kyle Orton, a 3rd round pick, and two picks.?

It was not a good move for the bears because Orton was finally getting used to the team and did some good towards the end of the season. Now, Cutler has to start from scratch which could take a few weeks. Cutler is also y and cries like a baby when something doesn't go his way. He complained when he almost got traded then right after said he wouldn't play anymore. Chances are he will pull that same crap with the bears later on in his career. Plus the bears needed those picks to build up a better defense. That defense isn't what it used to be and those picks could have helped to fix that. The Broncos got extremely lucky for getting what they did.
